Tenant's obligations and responsibility

1. The tenant is required to observe quiet hours in all apartments operated by the company between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. In the event of a reported complaint or police intervention, N.G Apartments reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect, without the obligation to refund any amount for the remaining reservation period.

2. Smoking of tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and any tobacco or cannabis products is strictly prohibited in all apartments. Violation of this ban constitutes consent to cover the cost of deodorizing the apartment in the amount of 500 PLN.

3. Staying with pets is allowed only in selected apartments upon prior arrangement with N.G Apartments staff and on the condition that the animal is not left alone in the apartment.

4. The tenant bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices in the apartment caused by them or by persons visiting them.

5. The tenant is obliged to immediately inform N.G Apartments staff of any damage or deficiencies found in the apartment, as well as to report any damage caused during their stay.

6. The tenant must properly secure the apartment, thoroughly lock the front door and windows each time they leave, and store keys carefully to prevent access by unauthorized persons.

7. Organizing parties is prohibited. Violation of this ban constitutes consent to cover the cost of additional cleaning in the amount of 1500 PLN and immediate eviction without the possibility of a refund for the reservation.
